The 44-year-old was with an unknown man, her kids Harper, 7, and Cruz, 13, and a nanny. The kids played in the surf in Sydney, Australia, while Victoria watched from the shore with the unknown man.

Harper and the nanny were pictured as they bobbed about in the water on a giant lilo off Manly beach.

While Victoria was at the beach, husband David Beckham, 43, was at Prince Harry’s Invictus Games in Sydney, Australia, with their son Romeo.

Ekiti House of Assembly member, Michael Adedeji, shot dead by an unknown assassin.

A member of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Mr. Michael Adedeji, who was shot in the head by unknown gunmen on Friday October 26th, has died. 

Adedeji who represents Ekiti Southwest Constituency II in the state house of Assembly, was trailed and killed by yet to be identified gunmen as he was said to be travelling to Akure, the Ondo State capital. The gunmen reportedly opened fire on him when he tried to reverse his car to escape from them.

He was rushed to the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital where he had been receiving treatment.

Sources at the House of Assembly who spoke to Tribune said it was not officially revealed yet but “we can confirm that Honourable Adedeji has died at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido Ekiti (FETHI) where he has been rushed to when he incident occurred.”

After beating McGregor, Khabib calls out Mayweather and he accepts his challenge to prove himself as King of the Jungle

Undefeated boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather, has accepted the challenge posed to him by UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

The Russian who defeated Irish Conor McGregor in their blockbuster UFC bout two weeks ago to claim his 27th victory out 27 fights,  called out Mayweather last week as his opponent he would love to face. 

The unbeaten wrestler said: 'Let's go Floyd, we have to fight now, 51-0 vs 27-0, two guys who have never lost.

'Because in the jungle there is only one king. Of course, I am the king because he cannot drop McGregor but I dropped him easily.' 

The retired boxer who hung up his gloves after beating McGregor last August and clinched  51st victory out of 51 fights responded in typical fashion, saying: 'Let's make Las Vegas great again,' and called on the major television networks to get their checkbooks out.

Quack claims he slept with Nicki Minaj on new track 'Huncho Dreams'

Migos rapper, Quavo who just released his album “Quavo Huncho” has left many wondering after he made claims that he slept with Nicki Minaj.

The rapper made the claim in the  “Huncho Dreams” which is an obvious response to Nicki Minaj’s “Barbie Dreams”. In her song, Nicki jokes about sleeping with rappers in the industry. 

She says of Quavo:  “Somebody go and make sure Karrueche okay though / I heard she think I’m tryna give the coochie to Quavo.”

Now, Quavo has hit back at Nicki by responding with an entire song dedicated to her.

“Made her scream (Scream) / Chanel, I bought her two of ’em / You can check IG (Hey, IG) / ‘Cause when she post, it go up (Go)”

He also references Nicki Minaj being upset with him over not defending her to Cardi B over the whole “Motorsport” fiasco.

“She said I hurt her feelings 52 times (Two) / Call up queen (Nicki) / The queen can’t flex on a young bull (Flex).”

Quavo references he and Nicki’s duet, “She For Keeps”.

“Is she for keeps? (For keeps) / Only if she come with two of ’em (Two)”

He says that he’s not trying to wife Nicki and implies that the two have had sex.

“Yeah, I be snipin’ (Snipe, snipe) / I can’t be wifin’ (Nah, no wife) / I know she feisty (Feisty, feisty)”

He refers to himself as video game character Bison from Street Fighter. Nicki often refers herself to Street Fighter character Chun Li.

He also references Nicki Minaj and Takashi 69’s “FeFe”

Christine Rooney, 33,updated her Instagram bio and appeared to confirm that she was set to marry the 56-year-old Sleepless In Seattle actress.

The policewomen who has been dating Rosie for about a year added the letter 'R' to her social media account, followed by a ring emoji. 

This will be Rooney's first marriage and O'Donnell's third. O'Donnell was married to Michelle Rounds for three years before the two endured a nasty divorce in 2015.

The Khanna police in India arrested a Nigerian national and seized 300 gm of heroin Monday, October 8.

The accused was identified as Obizi Chiko Mej, who was currently living in Phase-3, Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar, Delhi.

He was arrested from Neelon Canal bridge in Samrala area after he stepped down from a bus.

Khanna Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dhruv Dahiya said a police team led by Samrala SHO Manjit Singh laid a naka near Neelon Canal Bridge, Samrala.

The SSP said the accused alighted from a bus and was going towards Neelon Khurd village. On suspicion, the police stopped Obizi, who was on food, for checking and recovered 300-gm heroin from his possession.

A case under Sections 21, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused. According to the SSP,  the accused had brought the consignment from Delhi side was going towards Ludhiana, but was arrested by the Samrala police.

The accused was presented in a court for further action Tuesday, October 9.

The SSP said the Khanna police had arrested 12 international smugglers in the past six months and recovered 4.8-kg heroin, 47-gm cocaine, 18-gm ICE-Drug and 15-gm psychotropic powder from their possession.

Cardi B reveals the reason she attempted to fight Nicki Minaj during New York fashion week

Controversial rapper, Cardi B, has revealed the real reason she attacked Nicki Minaj at the Harper's Bazaar Icon party in New York Fashion Week.

 

Following the incident Cardi B claimed Nicki Minaj spoke ill of her parenting skills. In a Instagram post she wrote:

 

“I addressed you once in person, I addressed you a second time in person, and every time you copped a plea, but when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are fuck!ng off, I’ve worked too hard and come too far to let anybody f**king with my success.”

 

Cardi, who welcomed baby Kulture Kiari Cephus in July, ended the post, captioned "period," by writing, "Bitches talk all that s--t in they raps but in real life they p--sy!! This s--t really is for entertainment!!"

In one of the cover stories of W magazine‘s Art Issue, Cardi B stated that Nicki did not directly say anything about her parenting skill but only had allegedly liked and then unliked a tweet about Cardi’s parenting skills, an act which was denied by Minaj.
 

“For a while now she’s been taking a lot of shots at me, I spoke to her twice before, and we came to an understanding. But she kept it going, I was going to make millions off my Bruno Mars tour, and I sacrificed that to stay with my daughter, I love my daughter. I’m a good-ass f**king mom. So for somebody that don’t have a child to like that comment? So many people want to say that party wasn’t the time or the place, but I’m not going to catch another artist in the grocery store or down the block,” Cardi B told W magazine.

 

Thr incident happened in September at the New York fashion week. Minaj was mingling with guests at the party when Cardi lunged at her and began shouting. Social media footage also appeared to show Cardi throwing her red heel at Minaj during the altercation which left her with a swollen head.

N19bn Paris Club Scam, Court grants Saraki's aide, Makanjuola, others N250m bail each

Justice Babs O. Kuewumi of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 granted bail to Gbenga Makanjuola, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki, and three others, who are being prosecuted for a N3.5bn fraud.

Makanjuola is facing trial alongside Kolawole Shittu, cashier to the Senate President; Robert Chidozie Mbonu, a former Managing Director, Societe Generale Bank of Nigeria, SGBN (who is still at large),  Melrose General Services Limited and Obiora Amobi, Operation Manager,  Melrose General Services Limited over an amended 11-count charge bordering on alleged conspiracy, accepting cash payment beyond threshold and money laundering to the tune of N3.5billion ((Three Billion, Five Hundred Million Naira).
 

One of the counts reads: “That you, Gbenga Makanjuola, sometime in December 2016 in Nigeria, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, did accept cash payment of the sum of $500, 000. 00 (Five Hundred Thousand Dollars Only) from   Kolawole Shittu without going through a financial institution and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 1(a) of the Money Laundering Prohibition Act, 2011 (as amended by Act No. 1 of 2012) and punishable under Section 16 (2) (b) of the same Act.”
 

Another count reads: “that you, Robert Chidozie Mbonu ( now at large) and Melrose General Services Limited between the 14th day of December , 2016 and January, 2017 in Nigeria, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, took control of the sum of N3, 500,000,000.00( Three Billion, Five Hundred Million Naira Only) transferred from the Nigerian Governors’ Forum’s account into Access Bank Plc account number 0005892453 by Melrose General Services Limited, when you reasonably ought to have known that the said fund represented the proceeds of  lawful activities to wit-conspiracy, stealing and fraud-and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 15(2) (9) of the Money Laundering ( Prohibition) Act, 2011( as amended by the Act No.1, 2012) and punishable under Section 15( 3) of the same Act.”
 

The defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against them.
 

At the last sitting on October 3, 2018, counsel to the second and fourth defendants, Paul Erokoro, SAN, moved bail applications on behalf of his clients, saying,“My Lord, they are full-time staff of the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria".
 

Also, counsel to the third defendant, Omeoga Chukwu, had urged the court to admit his client to bail in the most liberal terms, saying,  “My Lord, my cleint has been reporting monthly to the EFCC office for about two years since he was granted an administrative bail,” he had pleaded.
 

However, counsel to the prosecution, Ekene Iheanacho, had responded with a counter-affidavit to the bail applications. In opposing the bail application, he said:  “My Lord, the defendants were not responding to invitations until we threatened to revoke the administrative bail granted them.
 

“One of the defendants absconded after granting him an administrative bail. This is what necessitated the amendment of the charges.” Consequently, Justice Kuewumi had remanded the defendants in Ikoyi prison and adjourned till October 9, 2018(today) for ruling on the bail applications.
 

In his ruling today, the judge granted the defendants bail in the sum of N250 million bail bonds each, with two sureties in like sums. The sureties must be resident in Lagos and must have landed properties with Certificate of Occupancy, CoO, within the Lagos metropolis. 
 

Also, the sureties must show evidence of tax payments and letters of identification from their banks.Each of the defendants was ordered to deposit four recent passports with the Court Registrar. Justice Kuewumi remanded the defendants in prison custody pending the perfection of their bail conditions and adjourned till December 4, 2018 for commencement of trial.

Teacher, 43 gets a life banned for marrying a 13-years old girl three days after he met her.

A physics teacher has been banned from the profession for life for marrying a 13-year-old girl he had met three days earlier.

Joshim Nur, now 34, who started working at the London Nautical School in June 2006, married the girl in Bangladesh later that summer. He was 22 when he married the girl, according to The Times. 

A Teaching Regulation Authority disciplinary panel in Coventry ruled that Nur had engaged in a sexual relationship with the girl between August 2006 and April 2009, when he should have known that she was under 16.

He claimed that he had been deceived by her family and thought she was 18, but the panel saw a written statement from the child, who was referred to as Child A, in which she said that she spoke with Nur three days before their arranged marriage and told him her age.

The girl made a complaint to the police in 2013, and her real age was established in Family Court proceedings in 2014. The panel said that the girl’s account had been consistent in her complaint, police interview and the disciplinary proceedings and that they found her evidence compelling.

Robert Crawley, chairman of the panel, said: “The panel did not find it plausible that Mr. Nur could have mistaken a 13-year-old child for an 18-year-old, and that this misconception continued over a four-year period. 

According to him, the panel was particularly concerned in light of the fact that he worked in a secondary school and had daily interactions with children of this age.

“Mr Nur did not demonstrate any insight into his actions or their impact on Child A.”

Newly couples & young parents among 20 wedding guests killed in limo crash

Two newlywed couples and two young parents were among the 20 people killed in a horrific limousine crash in upstate New York on Saturday.

Family have identified Erin McGowan, 34, and her husband Shane McGowan, 30, (pictured above) as two of the victims. They only just got married in June.

Adam and Abby Jackson, parents to four-year-old Archer and 16-month-old Abby, were also killed, as were

Axel Steenburg, 29, his wife Amy, who just got married this September,  were killed. His 34-year-old brother Rich Steenburg also died in the accident

Matthew Coons, a US Army veteran, and his girlfriend Savannah Devonne also died in the accident.  

Eighteen of the victims were in the limo and two were bystanders. Everyone inside the limousine - including the driver - were killed. All 20 victims were adults.

New York State Police said a 2001 Ford Excursion limousine failed to stop at the intersection of State Route 30 and State Route 30A around 1.55pm on Saturday. It traveled across the intersection and into the parking lot for the popular Apple Barrel County Store in Schoharie, where it hit a parked 2015 Toyota Highlander that was unoccupied. Two pedestrians standing nearby were struck and killed.   

The National Transportation Safety Board said it was the deadliest transportation accident in the US since a 2009 plane crash in Buffalo killed 50 people.

Brymo" Explains Why he performed semi naked in London

Nigerian Singer, Olawale Ashimi, aka Brymo performed at an event recently in London rocking nothing but a piece of clothe wrapped around his loins while his butt was left bare.

 

In a chat with Sunday Scoop, Brymo explained the reason for his choice of clothing saying,

'that was the way our forefathers used to dress before the arrival of the West. As a matter of fact, some months ago, a picture circulated on the Internet of a wealthy Igbo farmer who dressed that way in 1930. I just wanted to remind people of our past . It surprises me that people are shocked whenever I dress that way. That was the same way I dressed in the video for my song'.

 

He went on to add that,

 'In this part of the world, we are mostly consumers ; not creators. If the advanced world should come here and take all of their technologies, we would be left naked. However, I appreciate the people who follow my music and see it as a form of artistic expression. Those are the people I do this for. For those who don’t like it; sorry, I don’t know what to do about that'.
